REMEDIES

For breakfast eat 1 head of cos lettuce, mixed with l00g of bioyoghurt to soothe the stomach. Eat more barley, oats and rice. Cut out wheat, cheese, red meat. Eat raw food during the day. In the evening eat overcooked brown rice,undercooked vegetables with umeboshi plums and as much fish as you can manage. Avoid lentils - they produce wind. Arrange to have colonic irrigation, performed preferably by a practitioner who has been personally recommended.

Drink a tea made of:

bullet1 litre water

bullet1 teaspoon ginger

bullet1 stick cinnamon

bullet6 cloves

Boil for 5 minutes and drink 1 cup 3 times a day.
